How long does delivery take for a customized bag?
Approximately 20 business days after your order is confirmed. Each bag is handmade especially for you, with the time and dedication that a unique piece deserves.

Between 7 and 10 business days. Before shipping, we carefully inspect every detail —stitching, stainless hardware, and 100% cotton lining.
Can I choose the length of the chain or strap?
Yes, in models featuring a Body Cross Strap, you can select the chain or strap length to best fit your comfort and style.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for bags that are not customized. Custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged since they’re created specifically for each client. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us —we’ll find the best solution together.
